I have been searching for my "dental home" for almost 4 years. I found it today when I visited University Modern Dentistry!! Every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, caring, and helpful! Ashley greeted me when I arrived and assisted me with efficiently handling paperwork, insurance estimates, scheduling additional appointments, and payment. Easy Peezy! Torey was meticulous when taking the numerous X-rays that were needed. Raven was gentle and thorough as she examined my gums before the dentist, Dr. Octavia Miller arrived to go over the X-rays and examination findings. I knew ahead of time I had quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done. She took her time to explain everything, patiently answered all of my questions, ensured me everything would be taken care of, and she'd do her best to save teeth if she could to keep expenses down and my mouth, teeth, and gums healthy. We also discussed options for the treatment plan. Never once did I feel rushed! They also a variety of options for financing! Music to my ears!! I highly recommend University Modern Dentistry! Give them a try! You'll be glad you did!!

My visit at Modern dentistry on JM Keynes was awesome. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything well, and listened to what I had to say. I really enjoyed this visit from the xrays, to the hygienist, to the dentist. Never thought I’d say it but I look forward to returning. Thanks ladies!!

Recently, I had an emergency situation come up and called this office to see if I could be seen relatively quickly. I spoke with Chelsea at the front desk who she went above and beyond to make sure I could be seen asap. She floats between offices apparently but on the day of my procedure she made sure to be at the specific office I had my appointment at to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable. She knew I was stressing because of my situation and wanted to help calm my nerves. The girl literally rearranged her day to be at the office I was to be seen at. Who does that? Omg, such an angel. The entire staff was amazing and so sweet. I had to have an extraction done and dental implant put in which was performed by Dr. Najmeh Ganji. I am so pleased with the work she did, the patience she took to remove a very stubborn root without cutting through bone to get to it. She meticulously worked at that sucker to get it out to reduce any more trauma to my mouth. I am so impressed by her skill and demeanor. It wasn’t a fun experience, no one wants to have this procedure done, but she made me feel relaxed and well taken care of. When your health is in the hands of a stranger you put your faith in them that they’ll take good care of you and Dr. Ganji and the staff did just that. It went so much better than I expected and God forbid this has to be done again or I have gum issues, I’m coming to her. Chef’s kiss to all the ladies at University Modern Dentistry in Charlotte!
